James is a West Kennebunk, Maine native. Graduated from KHS, class of ‘09. Now a resident of Lake Arrowhead/Limerick, Maine.
For decades, he has been crafting multiple skills, some which include, advanced building framing and carpentry, power washing and soft washing from residential to industrial levels, 5 star STR host and property management specialist, and more.
Many would say his strengths are a sharp eye for detail, a knack for job procedures and techniques, and a drive to always improve, learn and grow.
In his spare time, he enjoys bringing his friends and family fishing, skateboarding, surfing, snowboarding, and spending time with his wife, kitty, and puppy. He’s well-known in Southern Maine amongst the skateboard community.
Years of experience and collaboration have earned him the trust of respected contractors, trade technicians, homeowners, and property owners, who value his commitment to safety, exceptional performance, and environmentally responsible practices.
